MUSIC HEALS
Sometimes words are not enough to help those unfortunate to be going through some tough times. Music soothes, it provides distraction, and it lifts the spirits of our neighbors in need. Music Heals sends New Docta Artists to hospitals to perform music live for patients needing care, supporting family members, doctors, nurses, and other staff who could use a little respite from the life-saving work they perform daily. Whether it results in a reluctant smile or a sigh of relief, music is sometimes the prescription that helps someone on the road to recovery.
